can log in

dear admin,
i already instal client and patch of this game.
but, i can go inside of the log in screen after i click RYL inferno server.
after i click server, it was automatically go out to my desktop.
this problem happen repeatedly, even when i already restart my computer.
and as long as i had instal this game, i just can play it once.\
any suggest to solve this problem?
i'm sorry for my poor english.

Hello there..1-try to disable your av and firewall..sometimes it blocks gg from running properly...2-full uninstall the client and reinstall it with av n firewall off,this is to prevent your av from deleting some important file during installation...3-if you are using windows 7 do make sure inferno.exe is run as administrator from properties menu...4-if problem still persists after doing this,do contact us..our technical staff will try to help you :-)

i have same problem before coz of my bitdefender antivirus
my suggestion:
restart>clickf8>restoremode
enjoy the game
